You can delete your Sleep on Call account yourself, from inside the app, without asking anyone. This page explains exactly how, what happens to your information, and what we have to keep.
That is the whole process. There is no form to fill in, no reason to give and nobody to email for permission.
The moment you confirm:
The account itself is permanently erased 12 days after you ask. We wait on purpose: deleting an account is easy to do by accident and impossible to reverse afterwards, so those 12 days are your way back.
To cancel a deletion, simply sign back in with the same Google or Apple account at any point during the 12 days. The deletion is called off and your account carries on as before. You do not need to contact us.
If you do nothing, the erase happens automatically at the end of the 12 days. Nobody has to approve it.
After the 12 days, this information is permanently removed:
This is a real deletion, not a deactivation. The information is gone, not hidden.
Two things outlive the account, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out later.
Nothing else is retained.
Calls and live rooms are never recorded. Voice is carried live and discarded the moment the call or room ends — there is no recording, no transcript and no copy, so there is nothing of your voice for us to delete when you close your account.
If your account has a phone number on it, you can delete it yourself from a browser, with no app and no sign-in: go to api.sleeponcall.com/delete-account, enter that phone number, and enter the verification code we text you. It deletes the account the same way the in-app button does, with the same 12-day grace period described above.
If your account has no phone number on it — the common case, since signing up with Google or Apple does not require one — that page cannot find you. Email us instead, at support@sleeponcall.com, from the email address on the account, and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the account is yours before we do anything, and we will confirm once it is done.
If you only want part of your information removed, or a copy of what we hold, write to the same address — see the Privacy Policy for the rights you have.
